Welcome to minikoshop ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of miniko.eu and any purchase you make with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We make every effort to display our planters and their colors as accurately as possible. Small variations in color, texture and finish between the photos and the item you receive can occur and are not considered defects. Plants shown in photos are for illustration only and are not included unless stated otherwise.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our other supported payment methods at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Returns and refunds

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, minikoshop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
