Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Because each Miniko planter is shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery times vary a little by destination.

Estimated delivery times

Portugal and European Union: 7-15 business days

United Kingdom: 8-16 business days

United States: 8-18 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather or high order volumes.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions, which will be shown at checkout when active.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside Portugal, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
