How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is €4.95 to Portugal, the EU, the UK, the US and most other major countries, and €7.95 to the rest of the world. Orders over €45 ship free worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days to most countries and 10–25 business days to the rest of the world. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Why does my order ship separately or from abroad?

Our planters are shipped directly from our production partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

What plants work best in Miniko planters?

Our planters are ideal for succulents, cacti and small houseplants that stay compact. Trailing plants look great in our hanging planter.

What if my planter arrives broken?

Every order is packed with care, but items can occasionally be damaged in transit. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. See our Refund Policy for details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card and with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, among other methods shown at checkout.

How do I care for my planter?

Wipe it clean with a soft, damp cloth and handle it with care, as it can chip or break if dropped.
